"Great property. We stayed for 11 days with family and i would chose it again. The location is not far from motorways going east, west and north. Very easy to explore the island from here. Ribeira Brava has a lovely black sand beach, very easy to get to by car. If you want to leave the car at home for the day, you can easily book a Bolt as well and be at the beach in less than 10 minutes. "

"Pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s truly amazing! The house is spacious, clean and modern, but the best part is the view - breathtaking! And you get that ocean and mountain view from each room; incredible way to wake up every morning. As for the owners, you can’t have better hosts than Ricardo and Zohra. They go above and beyond to help make your stay that much better. They honestly treat you like family. Would not hesitate to rent this house again! It’s a unique gem! "

"Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt auf Madeira. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. "The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and I am very grateful for that. They even allowed me to have a late check-out. The room was spacious, but unfortunately, it had no view — just a view of the parking lot. I absolutely loved the gym and the indoor swimming pool, and I also found the breakfast to be amazing! Overall, I had a great time and would definitely stay again."

"Terrace Mar is a wonderful place in a great location. The bed was super comfortable, kitchen was functional and having a balcony was great. Breakfast buffet was superb. Staff were very friendly. The rooftop pool was great with awesome views of Funchal. It was one of our favourite places to stay. Highly recommended "

"Stayed in a room that hosted me and two friends. The location to check-in was close to the apartment and walkable. There are a lot of cute shops and restaurants that are walkable from this location. Communication through WhatsApp was very smooth with the host. There is an elevator so you don’t have to only rely on stairs to bring your luggage upstairs. All in all a good stay! "
