My only warning would be that they do have a couple of rooms with Queen daybeds that are a little low to the ground. At our age, we weren’t up for the challenge of climbing over one another to get in and out of bed, so they switched us to a room with a regular bed, no problem! Would...

"This is a true gem. The staff is so nice and provide so many little extras. We stayed at Christmas during the Nutcracker event. The spa downstairs is first class and something you would see at a 5 star hotel and it is free! My friend and I had a girls' weekend there. It is very walkable to shops and restaurants. One of the most charming hotels we stayed at, ever!. Super comfortable beds and clean rooms too! Family owned with a special story, please stay there! It is so great!"

"The room was clean. The staff is very friendly. They have coffee and other warm drinks plus lemon water available around the clock and warm cookies in the afternoon by the front desk. It's within walking distance to grocery shopping. The pool and hot tub were clean, albeit the hot tub was very small. The breakfast was good and included a waffle station, cereal, eggs, and a rotation of biscuits and gravy, bacon, roasted potatoes, & egg and cheese omelets. They did not have oatmeal or non-dairy...
