"We loved our stay with Elvira and David. They were gracious, kind and welcoming hosts! Our room was lovely, with one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. The food was amazing!! Breakfast in the lovely conservatory was truly spectacular with fresh fruit, croissants and a piping hot breakfast. We would highly recommend a stay with David and Elvira!!"

"Spa was great and staff were lovely but the room was in need of some tlc there was holes in the wall from previous fixings and the shower head was covered in mildew and limescale. The breakfast cost £15 per person and when it arrived to the table it looked nothing like a £15 breakfast which was a disappointing end to the stay unfortunately"

"Lovely hosts, Vicky and Bob, who kept us informed and provided lots of information on the area. The lodge was cosy and clean with everything you need for a break away; it really was a home from home and closely situated to the main area of reception, Jake's Bar, kids' activities, Showbar and pool. We went as a family of 4 over half term, and really loved the site; Halloween entertainment (AfterParty duo) were amazing, free activities for the kids and some excellent food offers on at the site,...

"Have stayed here many times, but this time I felt they were cutting corners - no biscuits with the coffee tray in the room, and this morning at breakfast most of the fruit juice cannisters were empty, and very little fruit on offer. I do not feel the bath is suitable for older people. I am 81 and had difficulty getting into the shower as the bath is so high. Its a good job there is a grab rail because the bath was so slippy to stand in to have a shower. Getting back out was also very...

"The house is very dated, the beds were uncomfortable, the rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The listing states a hot tub and the photos show that that’s what drew us to book but upon arrival there wasn’t one ! The staff on the phone were rude when they called to complain about our parking, we wasn’t even in at the time. They didn’t even ask if everything was ok with the stay. Would I recommend it no !"
