Welcome to the our Mt Hood Cabin! Nestled in a stunning neighborhood with picturesque walking trails and old growth trees. We are located along the Wild and Scenic Zigzag River in the lush Mt. Hood National Forest! Brand-new remodel, this wood cabin has all original bones with modern updates. 2500 square feet, we have 4 queen beds, a bunk bed with a trundle, sleep 12!

Perfectly located, we're 15 minutes from Mt. Hood, 45 minutes from PDX Airport, with many high-quality restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was lots of room for my scout troop to take advantage of - they especially loved the downstairs area with ample sleeping and hang out space. The house was clean and host is great with communication/response to questions. All on our trip said they’d stay here again.

Im sorry to say that even after contacting this home owner and reporting that the house was not entirely clean that she did not refund even a partial amount of the cleaning fee. I dont like leaving a bad review but even after reporting that the stove top had grease all over it, the refrigerator was not cleaned, and the shower stalls were not clean she did not seem to take it seriously. It made us wonder just how clean the towels and linens were. We all got an icky feel about this property.

Excellent host communication. There were comfortable places in the cabin to gather to eat or hang out, even a hot tub out on the deck.The cabin location was perfect being so close to the mountain, hiking, restaurants & activities. Tucked in a forested neighborhood with similar cabin type homes. Very relaxing and comfortable place to come back to after exploring. I would recommend staying here for a mountain escape.

The cabin was beautiful and the stay was good, but felt like there was a lot of communication that was the same each time. I received hours of “quiet time” twice but they were both different one was 9pm-9am and then another was 10pm/8am, there was also confusion on check out time. The website said 11am check out, but if you scrolled down it said 10am, and then I got a message saying 10am but the pamphlet inside the guest home said check out time 11am. Sort of confusing, along with the WiFi information not being updated. I will say it was a very nice stay otherwise and we enjoyed it. Very spacious and open and then loft is beautiful. Also very little clean up is necessary for guest so that also was nice. They seem to take care of that. Just seems like the host needs to upadate a few things.

Nice space for our family

Property was as described. Communication with hosts was excellent. We have stayed in a few places in Welches/Rhododendron while skiing at Mt Hood and this is the best place yet! I would definitely bring my family here again! Thanks Amy and Alex

nice place with ample room

Clean, large and owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Good nearby restaurants and bars, river and Mt Hood just minutes away.
