Villa Ramann is a new luxury beachfront holiday villa with a breathtaking, and picturesque view of the sea. Situated on the beach and surrounded by green fields and vineyards, the villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Fanes on the island of Rhodes, with a fantastic panoramic view of the Greek island of Symi and the Aegean Sea.

The villa is only a 15-minute drive from Diagoras International Airport, offering easy access to the island's must-see destinations, 40 minutes from the old city of Rhodes and 60 minutes from Lindos Village. In addition to its convenient location Villa Ramann ensures privacy and tranquility, remote from the crowded tourist sites of Rhodes.

Comfortably spread over 2500 square meters and designed in an elegant contemporary style, the luxurious Villa Ramann makes for a truly perfect vacation! With beachfront and manicured grounds, the villa offers its guests their own private beach, a stunning 100 m2 infinity pool with a child safety pool cover and a pampering outdoor hot tub. Next to the swimming pool is a comfortable pergola-covered seating area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a gas BBQ and an expansive dining table overlooking the sea and the magnificent sunsets.
Offering unique and pampering accommodations, Villa Ramann can host up to 12 guests in 6 air-conditioned en suite bedrooms, each with its own shower and direct access to a lovely 50 m2 balcony with outstanding sea and pool views.


The villa's ground floor boasts a luxurious open-plan living area with a high ceiling, a modern kitchen equipped with every possible amenity, and a living room outfitted with tasteful furnishings and modern facilities including a home theater system comprising a large Smart OLED TV, first class indoor and outdoor speakers, a satellite and internet streamer and strong WiFi throughput.
Step through the living room's wide glass doors onto the spacious patio, with a round table perfect for enjoying breakfast outside and a great hang-out area facing the swimming pool, which for your peace of mind is fitted with a children's safety cover.
An optional service is available so that you can enjoy a local breakfast prepared by our local cook at a time of your choosing, served inside, or outside overlooking the pool and the sea. Our team will also be glad to book a chef to prepare an authentic Greek meal at the villa or delivered at your request. Only a 300 meter walk away you can enjoy the well-known Fanes tavern located right on the beach.

Perfect holiday

The location of the house and its facilities were great. Being 5 meters from the pool and 20 meters from the sea gives indescribable freedom and happiness. We had a perfect holiday as 12 adults and 2 children. It was extremely nice to have a bathroom, WC and air conditioning in every room of the house. Having a constant sweet breeze was also very good in not feeling the heat. It's a place I would visit again if I had the chance and I would definitely recommend it.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Die Villa war perfekt. Genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. In der Umgebung findet man alles was man braucht, eine schöne Strandbar, Geschäfte, etc. Teta war sehr hilfsbereit und stand jederzeit zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank dafür!

Great family vacation

We spent an unforgettable vacation with the family - three generations - us, our children and grandchildren. The villa is wonderful with all amenities and ideal for a stay with small children. Theta was very helpful and arranged everything we needed including cribs and highchairs for the children. There are many toys for children in the villa. It should be mentioned, that there is no shampoo, soap and shower gel in the bathrooms. We warmly recommend the villa.

Fabulous!

The villa and location are perfect for a relaxing holiday for family and friends - the villa was fantastic for our group of 10 inc kids and teens - right by the sea with the beach at the end of the garden, an enormous pool and a shady tree to sit under and listen to the waves! The villa is located on the quieter side of Rhodes which was perfect for us - but shops and tavernas in the local villages and not too far to drive to anywhere on the island - car essential though! A special mention to Teta the property manager who couldn’t have been more helpful - a few things needed sorting and she was always there to help. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great family vacation

We stayed at the villa with our 3 grown children, their partners and 2 grandbabies age 5 mths and 6 mths. There was lots of room and privacy for everyone. Teta, was great and looked after all our needs. She arranged for cribs/cots and high chairs for the babies. She also arranged a cook to come in for an evening at our request. She was truly wonderful. We enjoyed family walks into the nearby village square for coffee - a pleasant 20-25 minute stroll along the country lanes. Be careful when arriving and get directions to the villa as google maps will take you on dirt tracks through the olive orchards and grape fields! It was an adventure but one we were happy not to have to repeat as there is a paved road that goes to the villa! We had a relaxing time with family away from crowded tourist areas. It was an easy drive to the airport and into Old Town Rhodes. You will definitely need a car for grocery shopping and sightseeing but the roads are good and driving was easy.

Our magical stay

Just returned from our all too short stay at Villa Ramann. This magnificent villa far exceeded our expectations. Spacious and beautifully appointed, we really couldn’t have asked for more. This villa has just about everything, a sumptuous living area, superbly equipped kitchen/diner and en suite bedrooms all with sweeping sea views towards the island of Simi and the Turkish mainland. Step outside and there’s a large patio, a huge pool set in well tended lawns leading directly to the sea, comfortable corners with sofas to lounge about and a fantastic barbecue area which kept us busy whilst we watched truly truly glorious sunsets. We’re so glad to have made Villa Ramman our base for exploring this lovely island and can’t wait to return. Oh, and a special mention for Teta who looked after us as though we were family or close friends.

A great week to spent this gorgeous Villa. Highly recommended

We stayed this week in this wonderful Villa. The house, the garden and swimming pool are just impecable. The sunsets and the view of the island of Simi in-front are simply amazing especially with a glass of wine in the very comfortable Jacuzzi. It is the ultimate place for relaxation. We combined cooking for ourselves and going out to the tabernas of the area which were good as well. Last but certainly not least, Teta, the house keeper actively saw to it that we are perfectly treated and not missing anything. We will certainly repeat.

Wonderful location for a wonderful vacation

We were a group of 7 friends that came to celebrate a birthday. The house was wonderful, spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. The pool was great, the beach was fun, the the general location was excellent for morning walks and runs. The fields near the house reminded us of southern France with the grape Vines. For food we could either walk or do a short car trip to the nearby village of Fanes, our if we wanted more stores we took an 8 min car trip to Soroni with super markets and other stores. Being on the Non-tourist part of the island everything was quiet and friendly. When we did want some action or more of the tourist attractions we got into the car and drove between 30-60 minutes to the mountains or the other side of the island. The city of Rhodes itself is about 35 min drive. In short- this is a wonderful property, both quiet and near anything you need for a wonderful vacation. Loved it!

Wonderful villa

The villa was stunning. Some small issues that were resolved promptly. As we were early in the season it would have been nice if the pool was heated. This fabulous amenity was unfortunately unusable during our stay, being colder than the sea.

Great position

The property is on the beach and beautiful position the pool is big and great for all of us. The manager who looked after us Teta was lovely and very helpful. Only downside was we were there for 2 weeks and nobody changed bedding and we had to wash our own bedding and towels and clean the villa everyday so the wives were not very happy about that but we enjoyed our stay.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir waren mit 12 Erwachsenen in dieser Villa. Die Managerin Teta war sehr um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Villa ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet es fehlt an nichts. Der einzige Kritikpunkt: es waren nicht für alle 12 Personen Weingläser vorhanden. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen 👍

Groß- Familienurlaub

Für unsere Familie war dieses wunderbare Haus in fantastischer Lage die ideale Voraussetzung für ein RESET nach einem weiteren COVID-Winter. Absolute Ruhe, sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses, besonders freundliche und hilfsbereite Managerin, gute Infrastruktur (Fleischer, Bäcker, Fischgeschäft und gut sortierter Supermarkt nur wenige Autominuten entfernt / auch mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar), günstiger Ausgangspunkt für sehr empfehlenswerte Inselausflüge sind besonders erwähnenswert. Ach ja, die Lage! Direkt am Meer und zugleich mit freien Blick auf Felder und Hügel. Für die Kinder war der riesige, beheizte Pool natürlich das Wichtigste… Alle zufrieden, was will man mehr!

Don’t miss this exquisite perfect vacation-Villa Ramann Rhodes

We have just concluded our too short a-stay at Villa Ramann , Fanes, Rhodes - the most exquisite holiday stay we ever stayed in. Each of us - My husband, our 23 year old daughter and myself - found the place to be the most unique spot to relax, to cook, to go on walks along the beach, to swim, to take a less than 5 minute drive to the best restaurants and boutique cafes and bakeries and go on daily trips to visit the beautiful attractions and hidden jems of Rhodes. Villa Roman has an outstanding beach front location, at the very best geographic area of Rhodes, where thrilling sunsets can be viewed, it has a warmed water 20 meters swimming pool - its water almost touching the turquoise sea water, the highly kept garden and outdoor kitchen - allow for outdoor fun and cooking, and the 5++ star home with 6 large rooms, each with adjacent bathroom and toilets - assure full an intimate stay experience for all guests. The huge living room is furnished with the most beautiful furniture creating an atmosphere of an exclusive home away from home. The very large kitchen and dining room (can sit 12!) is quipped with all imaginable appliances and enmities - a paradise for people wishing to add to their Rhodes stay the fun of cooking together. And all - with the outstanding host - Teta- who was available for any request 24/7! We were welcomed with a surprising and extremely delicious local treat and the best local wine. Every bit of the logistics of our stay was extremely well handled even before we arrived, including assistance with the Kost service oriented car rental rep. The only shortcoming - was that we needed to leave upon the end of our planned stay. But - We will be back 100%!! Thanks Villa Ramann!
