    The villa is arranged over two separate floors, and each floor has its
    own private external entrance. The separate entrances provide extra
    privacy and flexibility, making the villa suitable for families, groups
    of friends, or guests who would like more independent living space
    while staying in the same property.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT
    If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
    years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
    required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
    Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
    inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
    or additional cleaning required.

One of the best holiday weve had. The villa was spotless, with high-end touches throughout. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and being just a short walk to the beach made it ideal. Cant wait to return. Many thanks to everyone included in the booking process.

When we arrived the Villa was full of Mosquitoes which was awful. We ended upSpraying them with Mosquitoes spray then hovering them up when they dropped. There was a drain in one of the bathrooms on the floor, this smelt disgusting like sewage coming up . The air con in one of the bedrooms was dripping water . Outside the patio doors it was all green and slimy from a dripping tap outside. We were told the beach was a five minute walk away, it was but through scrub land fullOf brambles and nettles.We said that we did not want to hire a car as there was seven of us. We wanted it to be close to all amenities, this was not true. It was about 15 minutes in a taxi to Gennadi town which was very pretty. So we had to ring for taxis every time we wanted to go anywhere which cost us a lot of euros each time we went out. The taxis had to come from Rhodes or Lindos , as there was no taxi firms near us . I personally feel that this Villa needs to be checked out again by all these companies that are advertising it. I did not feel that this Villa was up to the standard as what you are describing. We will not be coming back .
