Nice pool and quiet area. Room with balcony with partial sea view is ok. Wifi has never worked .
Two things we really disliked during our stay.
First, if you have a baby stroller, the hotel does not allow you to take it in the elevator. And if you offer to carry it up the stairs instead, they still don't allow you to bring it into the room. I’ve never seen such a rule in any hotel before — and there's no mention of it anywhere before booking. You only find out once you're already there.
Second, the sunbeds by the pool are all taken by 9:00 AM. If you want one, you have to wake up early and reserve it by leaving a towel on it — otherwise, you won't find any available.
As for the hotel manager, while he did agree in principle to refund through the travel operator, that would have required us to spend our time chasing down the agency (Expedia). In the end, we chose not to go through that hassle, and they offered us a late check-out as compensation.
