"The breakfast was great the personal were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and welcoming. The only problem was they had a sign on the door of the failed elevator which said they were working very hard to get it fixed but we were there 5 days and it was still not fixed when we left."

"We stayed here a couple of times previously. The property and rooms are very clean. Unfortunately, this stay provided very little sleep. Between 1 am and 4 am there was such a loud party above us that it disturbed the peace. It was obnoxious. We did report it and hoped it would be heard and managed. Unfortunately, that was not the case. "

"The rooms are nicely equipped with a small kitchenette, and the bathrooms are clean. I had a handicap accessible room and that made all the difference in my stay. The staff are nice and accommodating. I stay here pretty often when im passing through, would always recommend."

"Pros: The food at breakfast was relatively good. The staff was polite. The TV had a lot of stations to watch. Cons: The room was overpowered by the smell of some kind of deodorant or chemical, and though I was told someone would come address it, nobody did. The room was decent but getting worn (e.g., the drawers were broken and the tub enamel was worn off). The second night, people above us were running and jumping around the room after midnight, and after 1 AM a lady was shouting obscenities...

"First, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant are excellent. We arrived early and were wet and exhausted on a chilly morning. We asked if we could possibly leave our bags or check in early. Lucy jumped in and got us into our room right away. We were able to sleep, warm up and relax before heading out to explore. It was wonderful for her to help. Several other times during our stay, Lucy also helped with ideas for what to do and was alsways very friendly and professional. The room...
