Rummen var trånga med dålig ventilation. Dörrarna hade dålig ljudisolering mot korridoren. Det gemensamma köket med vardagsrum var fint men blev snabbt trångt när flera gäster skall samsas. Badrummet var i dåligt skick, avloppet från ett handfat läckte. Det fanns inget sätt att torka tvätten ...
