"Very relaxing and beautiful scenery. The rooms are very modern and clean. There was a total of 7 rooms on board, so it was good to mix and chat to the other guests. The crew on the houseboat were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Always willing and happy to help. Food was excellent, but keep in mind there is no alcohol, as seems to be case everywhere in Kerala. We will happily come back again."

"We are from London on a family trip and had visited Kochi and Munnar so we were at the end of our trip to Kerala where we wanted to relax and enjoy the weather for a few days. We were glad we chose this resort as we really did relax, and have a lovely break so for us, it is probably the best resort in Alleppey! "We stayed here as it was close to my friends wedding that we attended. We were happy to stay here for two night. It was comfortable for the duration of the stay. The staff were so lovely, and could t do enough for you. They brought a coffee and a chai up to our room. We would go back if we needed somewhere for a short duration in that town again."

"A great heritage place to stay for a few days of exploring Alleppy, beaches and the backwaters, located across a local road by the massive beach. Hotel is a lovely well maintained old traditional building with a swimming pool and restaurant. Paid a bit more for a large traditional room with a large shared lounge and outside seating area next to the pool. Great restaurant and chef with a good menu choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner also serving alcohol. Guys in the restaurant very helpful...

"A comfortable stay with really good food! The 2 bedroom suites are great when you’re traveling with family, as there is a large living area to get together. The only problem we encountered was with extremely loud music coming from an adjoining property. I guess there was very little our hotel could do about that!"

"Absolutely phenomenal property. There is a lot to do from fishing and kayaking to pottery and cultural programs. The staff too was exceptional. I regret not getting staff members names as they were very thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend spending a few days at this resort."
