"Very disappointing check-in experience. We received no access code or clear self-check-in instructions before arrival and were left outside for almost an hour with our young child. We repeatedly called and messaged the property via WhatsApp, but received no response. Even Expedia tried to contact the property for us.
When someone finally answered, instead of apologising or helping calmly, he blamed me for not providing an exact arrival time and spoke to me in a very rude and confrontational...

"Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern für eine ÜN da.Positiv - Insgesamt zufriedenstellend und definitiv viel Platz. - Des Weiteren ist die Wohnung zentral gelegen in einem sehr netten,kleinen Ort direkt an der Fußgängerzone. - Küche ist vorhanden.-Kommunikation mit Vermieter hat gut funktioniert Nun zu den anderen Punkten :- Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Reinigung sollte insgesamt genauer gemacht werden (Spinnweben überall!) - Hier und da definitiv Bedarf an Instandsetzung,z.B. neue...

"Eine hervorragende Unterkunft. Super Empfang beim Check Inn vom Gastgeber. Die Wohnung wurde uns umfassend vorgeführt, es gab eine Einweisung für alle vorhandenen Geräte in der Küche. Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Gastgeber waren uns in allen Bereichen behilflich. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen."
