Nereid Villa boasts a generous 1000m2 private outdoor space, crafted for both fun and relaxation. A 25m² private swimming pool (1.50m depth, heated upon request with an extra fee) awaits, featuring comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas for carefree days in the sun. Adjacent to the pool, a spa whirlpool adds a touch of indulgence, perfect for sunset soaks. A shaded pergola shelters the outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities (charcoal), perfect for alfresco meals with a view of the olive grove and coastline. The large stone terrace and lawn-covered play area create a joyful space for children, complete with outdoor toys and a ping pong table for family fun.




Outdoor Pool & Whirlpool Heating Policy:

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 50€/day for the first two days & 35€/every additional day.
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Beds & Baths
Blending contemporary style with soft natural tones, the villa's inviting interiors cover 125m² and are spread across two levels. Accommodating up to 6 guests in real beds, and two additional guests in the sofa beds of the living room, Nereid Villa ensures both comfort and privacy. The maximum capacity is 8 guests. Light-filled rooms, modern amenities, and stylish touches throughout guarantee a warm, elegant experience.
