"Really nice looking hotel with professional staff. Unfortunately, I could tell right away that it was a new building. The toilet didn’t flush, so I had to call the front desk. They wear very understanding and sent someone to fix it later that day. Then that evening the AC stopped working. Could be a great hotel, but they need to fix the issues with the building first."

"I like that there was a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a hair dryer, and a bathtub, and that the room was clean and quiet, all for a very reasonable price. I would have liked it even more if my room had an ironing board, but I couldn't find one there, even though there was an iron."

"The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received...

"The staff was amazing although the property is showing signs of aging it’s still kept as well as an be expected. I stayed on this property when it was fairly new and can see signs of aging and needs Fir upgrading however the staff makes up for the lack of new upgrades ! "

"This is my absolute favorite hotel to date. I was here last year and nothing has compared to it since. I love this hotel, so much everything about it. I wish they had a microwave but other than that perfection! "
