Well located. Rooms outdated but adequate. Room carpets could do with change

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was exactly as I expected, with a pleasant, slightly old-fashioned style and floral wallpaper, and it was very comfortable. The location is excellent: you can easily walk to the centre of Edinburgh, and there are plenty of interesting things to see along the way. And if you don’t feel like walking, there’s a bus stop literally right in front of the building, which is very convenient. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient for a good, satisfying breakfast. I’d also like to mention the very friendly and pleasant girls working at breakfast. The shared bathroom was clearly mentioned in the description beforehand, so it wasn’t a problem for me. The only thing I slightly missed was a small table in the room, where I could comfortably sit with a coffee or tea. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would happily stay here again if I visit Edinburgh again. I definitely recommend it!
