"There was a wad of paper towel filling the peephole in the door. The bed was coils with a fabric cover, laid on a plywood platform. The towels felt like were possibly dirty and refolded."

"Comically close to the airport parking but we didn’t hear any planes. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was extremely friendly. Coffee and cookies every night. Iron Works restaurant attached to the hotel is a bonus. The breakfast at the hotel left a little to be desired but wouldn’t complain if it was free. Anyway go to The Cozy Grill for breakfast, phenomenal food worth the wait and the little drive. And Joe’s pizza at the back of the parking lot is a great spot for a quick bite. The...

"Perfect location for trips into Providence and lots of shopping in close proximity. Nice pool, very nice patios (2) to relax in. The room was one of the nicest we’ve ever had at this price point. It was big, clean and well-equipped. The staff was SO nice, we stayed 3 nights and felt like we were one of the family. Very good breakfast and the service (thanks Rosa) was friendly in very helpful ways. Before closing down the breakfast buffet, Rosa came to my table to see if I needed anything else!...

"I was in Providence due to a medical emergency, so the location was convenient and the price was reasonable. One of the hotel clerks was also very helpful with getting my computer connected to the WiFi.
However, my first breakfast with them was Sunday morning and they had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and the other items one would expect for breakfast. The next morning, they only had scrambled eggs. I thought I had gotten down to breakfast too late, but the following morning was the same and...

"Nellie was an excellent help while I was staying at the property! She was quite understanding as I was navigating through a medical emergency with my daughter. THANK YOU!
I chose Extended Stay because of its location to the hospital and the availability of breakfast (one less thing to worry about). Unfortunately, I'm diabetic and your breakfast offerings aren't diabetic friendly."
