I guess i would give it 3.5 ish, new and clean yes but shouldnt it be? A couple things we were turned off by..we booked through hotels.com and didn't know about the app so we couldnt check in at a kiosk. We also we got an email when the room was ready not a text on cell like the told us we would therefore we didn't know for 2 hours. that was fun to discover.
I also hate to say it but i felt iffy around some staff unfortunately, not in the best safe way, and because its attached to foxwoods that defintely also made me feel uneasy with safety and the people that are at casinos.. ehh my husband would go back, id prefer PA or Boston honestly.
