"Parking was easy and secure"

"The staff were amazing and very helpful. The beds we very comfortable. Couches were bit hard. Position for our hospital visit was good."

"The reception staff were very friendly. There was no soap holder in the bathroom so had to leave wet soap to skid around the bench top. The Ivanhoe Quest was situated well for the train which made it easy to get in and out of the city. I thought it was very expensive, but then I did not spend that much time in the room itself. I paid for the convenience of location for the events I went to."

"Everything was very clean, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was great with easy access to transportation! I’d say the only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are very compact, the bathroom door glass, and you should che k the hours of the dining room"

"Lovely hotel and lovely room. Very clean and comfortable. I had issues connecting to the WiFi, which I'm sure the staff could help with if I contacted them, but I didn't bother on this occasion. The breakfast offering, for what it is, is very expensive, comprising of about 5 or 6 small bain maries with 2 different food items inside, some breakfast pastries, a small fridge with some fruits, and fresh juices / coffee machine. "Great and awesome place to stay. Close to everything in CBD, trains and tram"

"We always stay at The Motley when visiting Melbourne CBD for the night. Fantastic location, excellent facilities and great staff. We will be back"

"Nice eclectic boutique-style hotel. Breakfasts were very good and the service also. Very comfortable environment."

"・清潔 ・静か ・アメニティー無し ・シャワー室のガラス壁が臭い(部屋ね過ごしているとたまに感じる) ・清掃の日があると聞いていたがタオル交換に来たのみ"

"Perfect, except no streaming app on the tv. Spent a bit more time in the room this trip and so was disappointed I couldn’t watch Netflix or Disney, etc."

"Great property"

"nice room pls, well-detailed, functional and comfortable. convenient power outlets well-placed…In GR the Lighting controls could be more clearly identified and operated… The be is great but the pillow are terrible, too hard and too big… location is great. Bathroom and Shower design are good, BUT, shower head holder needs adjustment to stay in place…. Space for luggage is great - luggage bench, hanging and drawers all good. Overall decor fresh and contemporary! Well come back! JHM"

"The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room."
