"Overall the stay was pleasant. The cottages are well maintained. This property is still developing so there was active construction. It listed some amenities that were not yet available and some that were only available through a weekend stay which we did not have with a Sunday-Tuesday booking. I would rate the experience as nice would return after the construction is more complete."

"Property was great and centrally located in the north fork which made it easy to explore. We went with our teenage daughter and stayed in the boardwalk suite which was spacious and well equipped. Would have liked on-site amenities such as a fitness facility and beach or pool area. The staff was amazing though and provided beach pass and recommendations to local beaches."
