"Stayed for one night to collect son from Uni (Bay campus). Convenient location to Bay campus plus easy to get out to Waterfall Country for a hike and the Mumbles for breakfast. "The room did the job - but numerous issues. Missing some basic necessities like a bedside light. Had to use the public wifi from the bar downstairs which was choppy at best. The problems started right from the beginning. Check in according to the website was 10:00pm. But at 8:30pm I had a message saying I wouldn't be able to check in after 9 as the bar shuts at that point.
