Viatges a Reserva Natural Caselli

Just another nightmare experience on the dreadful Italy trip where literally nothing has gone right. They advertise parking is available, but you have to call someone to get your car which takes a long time because the garage is way off site. And each time you want to retrieve it it costs extra on the already exhorbanent garage fee. It took them so long to get our car for us that we didn't have time to make our timed window for Pisa and could not go. And he seemed so nice and assured that they would have it to us by the requested time no problem. This caused us to lose the cost of our Pisa tour, €120. Also the only reason we rented a car was for Pisa, so the rental, €185 and the garage fees, €63, were a 100% waste of money. Going to be in touch with this property, Expedia, and my credit card company to try to get reimbursement for the losses.

Breakfast and air conditioning

My first day/night was not good. I was in a room that faced the traffic. Even with the shutters closed, it did nothing to alleviate the noise. The traffic didn't stop until midnight. The next morning I asked if I could be moved. Thankfully a room facing the quiet courtyard was found. Breakfast was very good, with many choices in a charming historic room.
