"My only complaint was, upon arriving and checking in, we were told that the pool was heated. We came early with our granddaughters and were excited to take them swimming. The pool was the coldest pool that I’ve ever felt. We told the staff about it, we stayed two nights and the temperature never got warmer. We could not let those 5 month old, 3 and 5 year olds swim in this ice bath."

"Not too happy to have to buy coffee at the breakfast bar in the morning. Coffee needs to be complimentary."

"Very clean rooms and comfortable beds, highly recommend"

"Had to check out one day early due to illness but have to get refund from EXPEDIA"

"Old hotel, dirty carpets, smells like cigarettes, but is comfortable"

"Everything was wonderful! Would stay there again."

"Wonderful place to stay."

"Arrived directly from airport at 12:15am. Room ac was set to 60 degrees and they couldn’t sell us a glass of wine after midnight?"

"This hotel is conveniently located for food. Our room wasn't the cleanest. Overall, it's still a good value."

"They checked us into another guest room . They actually checked in two guest for one for the same room . I had to move myself to another floor. Then they decided to let me stay in a different room so I had to remove myself from the Different room. They assign me back to another room, but overall, after that, it is what it is, but won’t be going back. almost forgot I had to change my bed line myself due to the staff stating they can change the bed, but me and my family will have to leave out of...

"Spacious and cleanliness of room. Friendly staff, location excellent for shopping and dining options. The only caveat was although credit card left for incidentals, unable to pay cash upon check in or check out for stay."

"The hotel is amazing. We travel with a cat. They treat you and your pet so friendly and thoughtful. The only complaint is they have a long counter in the bathroom area, but there is no outlets to plug in flat irons, hair dryer etc. Only outlet is the coffee pot or refrigerator plug. Not very convenient. Great stay, wonderful bartender!"

"Rooms are clean the jet tub is amazing staff are wonderful..Great place to stay ... they have 24 hr breakfast and coffee .. the restaurant next door is awesome very nice place to eat .. I honestly recommend this hotel to stay at and the restaurant as well .... enjoy 😉"

"great place to stay. only issue were the spiders and webs over the outside of the windows and the cleaning solution smell when you first enter as it smells like a bottle of cologne was dropped. didn't help with my allergies"

"Check in and out was quick .and easy."

"The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, however the room and service was excellent including the staff. One thing is most hotel including the Marriott-Bonvoy usually provide hot coffee and at least some fruit and or donuts including into the price of the room, that’s why I choose the Marriott-Bonvoy. I was surprised that we did not receive anything for a breakfast, yes I could have bought a high priced Starbucks at the vendor counter and or the coffee in th3 room which I do not hold in high...
