"Absolutely beautiful staff and place to stay. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay there again."

"The decor was aging, but the room was clean. Bed was firm. You get what you pay for! Wifi coverage was poor in the front room."

"Great location and clean comfy room for a reasonable price. Had a great stay!"

"The accommodation it self was perfect for our family of 4, all necessary items where available. Breakfast items were exactly as described and plenty of room. The negative for us was the noise from the rail yard across the road,2 bad nights sleep. We live in a quiet rural area and not used to noise in the night."

"I was incredibly surprised how good the room was for such a reasonable price. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, clean and new at the time of our stay. We will be staying here again for our next stay in Ballarat."

"the free wifi didn't work ! very frustrating...don't advertise free wifi when it doesn't work"
