"We had an issue that the safe did not function. We reported it straight away and the member of staff went and reported it to the manager. Sadly nothing was done and we had to carry valuables with us all the time which was a bit inconvenient . Other than that we found it to be clean quiet well presented and very convenient for the train. Excellent sausage and mash in the Bistro. We would not hesitate to return. Please note that they do not offer breakfast of any kind but there are several cafes...

"The staff were friendly and willing to help but the place, especially the toilet and bathroom were dirty and wet and not draining well. They should put some milk in the fridge and proper cups and spoons in the rooms"

"Have stayed 4 times recently and always found this to be good value pub accomodation. Sadly, once again the biggest issue was the a/c controls. This time I had a completely non responsive control so I was stuck with the a/c blowing away on its existing setting for 2 days and unable to change it. Also unable to turn it off completely as the power supply is external to the room. I know the a/c people were in last week to supposedly fix all these problem controls but it didn't happen. Shame as I...

"My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW"

"Nice room but check-in was confusing. This is a restaurant/bar with a few hotel rooms - signage to check in goes to an eating area, nobody around until a bartender in the other room alerted someone. Otherwise it was a good stay!"

"Great place, good location"

"The reception staff were great. The bartenders were awful. It was more important to them to stock the bar than help us the customer. Overall it is a cold hotel with a lot of metal and concrete"

"Really loved all the extras this property offers- laundry in room, kitchen, and we managed to use the sauna before it closed for the evening which i appreciated as we had a long flight back to Canada the next day. Some of the amenities seem very new and up to date, but a few things need replacing. Beds, kitchen etc; were super clean! However we found a used bandaid in the shower sitting on top of the soap dispenser."

"Cheap and cheerful hotel, self check in/out, amazing location parking onsite close to Olympic park. A bit tired but a beautiful old hotel and clean/comfortable stay. We would visit again."

"The hotel is close to the cruise port / airport. And the hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the subway station. The subway and bus system is an excellent way to get around and see the city. There’s groceries and restaurants just as close. The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had all the amenities such as dishes, cutlery, toaster, kettle, and a little fridge. The room also had a safe which came in handy. But I’d like to say one of my best impressions was the...

"Always an easy stay."
