"In the words of my 2.5 year old, "wow, what a beautiful house." Our stay was amazing, the house was very cozy, clean and well kept. Erika, the host, was very accommodating and responded to all my concerns in an efficient manner. The bottle of wine she left was a very nice touch! Would definitely book again!"

"This was a cute, cozy place to stay at on our trip to NY. It had everything we needed and was in a nice area. Overall a great spot to either spend time in or come back to after a long day."

"The Other House is a cute and quirky place where we instantly felt at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked as if all our needs were anticipated. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Capital Region. The backyard hill is a little steeper than the photos make it out to be, so throwing the ball with the pup was not possible. "

"This is my go to rental for visits to the Albany area. Good food nearby and easy to walk to. Safe part of town, never felt concerned about my vehicle. Parking kind of sucks as it's busy during the day but I didn't mind parking across the street. Chris is a very considerate host, great communication and super helpful. I would recommend any of his listings."

"This was an amazing place for 11 of us to all be together in a semi-secluded area away from the city, but close enough to easily get an amazing breakfast at a local restaurant. The owners were so easy to communicate with, and they helped set up a table big enough to accommodate our whole group dining together. The house is very interesting, fits a ton of people and the hot tub was a perfect 102. "
