"Team of staff are attentive, professional and helpful. Shirley sun from house keeping has kept our stay very comfortable. She provides excellent service. The staff at the cafe during voco time gave us excellent service and we were about to order Chinese food to consume on top of our complimentary high team. The young man, can't remember his name at the counter could even recognize us as regular customer and help us with the menu our last day there."

"My flight arrived after midnite via Terminal 1. After exiting Customs, I simply followed the signage arrows giving applicable direction to the hotel. You will need to exit the airport as the signage eventually ends, but you will see the walkway to the hotel at this point. Check-in was a breeze, and they even reminded me of the breakfast buffet included with my Expedia reservation. The buffet items were plentiful, and definitely worth the price to eat there should the breakfast perk not be...
