"Staying at this property was truly an incredible experience. My wife and I (American tourists visiting Japan for the first time) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. "Great place to stay and very walkable to the station. Mega Don Quijote & Daiso is just across the street too. Lots of shopping areas to check out but we have no time to go look around. Just one con is how small the room is. We have a 1 year old baby with us. We're only travelking with 2 carry-on luggage, a travel stroller, plus some personal bags so, opening and fitting all stuff inside the room is so crowded. But overall, it was a good stay for a one night."
