"Very cute boutique hotel that is close to everything in downtown St. Petersburg. We stayed 3 nights and they never freshened or cleaned our room. An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me"

"I really like this inn. It’s older and it doesn’t have any amenities like a pool or fitness center, but the owners are so wonderful and the breakfast is really good. It’s kind of an old fashioned place, so older furniture and wall ac units. But it comfortable, a great location, easy and a really good price for downtown st pete. The owners make it special."

"Always a great place to stay. This was our second stay. Centrally located to most of the museums. Within walking distance to the pier. Freight day and helpful staff."

"The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge."

"I checked in late, no a/c in the room and I was in for the night by 11pm after driving around to find food so hot and miserable I checked out before 8am couldn’t sleep after 2 showers but room was large view was nice. I didn’t see anywhere there breakfast to have."

"I didn’t like I had to pay for parking . Bar was closed after 9:30 pm. No shuttle to take you places."

"It was very conveniently located in the middle of the restaurants and true walking distance to the Tropicana. The staff was great and the real convenience store on the ground floor was definitely a plus. Parking is limited and expensive but the valet system they use is great. You can contact the valet before leaving the room, via text to have your car ready. As the saying goes, It's all about location, location, location."

"It was a very confusing set up inside. Extremely dark, gloomy and depressing environment. They did do a great job with their happy hour and breakfast. Head of housekeeping was spectacular."

"Of course you discover after booking that you have to pay $47 extra for parking 😡 Everywhere else you find a coffee machine in your bedroom and coffee at the lobby in the morning. Not here...but you can buy a regular black coffee for $5.30 plus tips... The bathroom was dirty and the shower not functioning properly.... Definitely not my best experience"

"Very quaint and characterful. Loved the lobby coffee/bar and outdoor courtyard. The location is great, we didn't have to get in our car once except to take a boat tour out of Gulfport. We stayed in the old part of the hotel, which I enjoyed for its historic character. Could have done with an AC wall unit over the window unit and better mattress/sheets. We used the gym on the rooftop and appreciated the view and brand new equipment. I'd stay here again but opt for a room with upgraded amenities...
