"I had the most peaceful night of sleep. The neighborhood felt safe, warm, and inviting. I loved the back yard, and the picture window at the dining table. The home was equipped with all appliances that I needed, and then some. The provided coffee was perfect to start off my morning. Thank you for everything! "

"Check in was super easy, the lights were all on and key was easy to find. The cabin was clean and it had everything you would need ie; toothbrushes, paste, shower essentials, even coffee and creamer. The fractal scorched wood trim was a nice touch but the real star of the show is the huge wrap around porch with several seating areas to chose. Heard a lot of birds, didn't see too many but did have a bat on pest patrol buzz the porch a few times. The neighbors dog (black and white, very sweet)...

"Place is nothing as pictured, referring to furniture.Stove disgusting, microwave looks like it came from a salvage yard. So much damage, theirs a door that once you open the entire door falls on you."

"This was our 2nd time staying for a conference, and we had an awesome time! It’s surprising how few places there are in Birmingham to stay with an entire group of 8 people with enough bed/room options for mixed company. Very peaceful. Smooth in/out. No nonsense. Will come back!"

"Great property and location. Everything was as described and we all enjoyed our brief stay. The only issue was not being able to connect to the WiFi since the network never came up…but other than that everything was great!Thank you "

"We plan our vacation around when this home is available. We have a lot of family in the area and we enjoy staying a week here each summer. This home is just as described and the location is lovely. The owner is wonderful at responding to any questions quickly. As soon as you step through the door, you feel like you are home. "

"This home is very close to the new Coca Cola amphitheater. It took us five minutes to drive there for our concert. The home is beautiful! Very clean and well appointed. The host had everything we could have needed. From the outside, it looks like a storybook cottage, but on the inside it looks like a chic instagram story. We loved it."

"Absolutely wonderful stay. Was able to check in earlier than scheduled, which is a plus. The house is super spacious, especially since it was 9 adults. Never felt cramped or crowded. Quiet neighborhood and located close to any type of shopping that we wanted to do. Any questions we had were answered within a few minutes. We would absolutely book with them again."

"We had such an amazing stay! The house was cozy and clean, close enough to hear the music coming from the amphitheater and a short drive to everything downtown! Would absolutely stay here again! The host was great with communicating to us everything we needed to know"

"Pictures online are a little deceiving bedrooms and bathrooms were OK but living room couch and chair stained, blinds broken, kitchen horrible pots, and pans where greasy most unusable foil lining the oven and the microwave rusted out with a burning smell had to unplug which we desperately needed due to being there for bodybuilding competition, paint chairs and kitchen coming off and a swarm of wood bees and wasp at the front door when trying to get in and out challenging dogs barking at 3 AM...

The location isn’t the best but after I entered the home I forgot about the location of the home, I was in an awww moment. It’s also very spacious! I will definitely book at this home again at this home!!!"
