"ウィーンを訪れる家族や友人に必ずオススメしたい評価の高いホテルである。ホテルが小規模なので、スタッフから親密なサービスが受けられる。大きいホテルだと部外者が入ってくることもあるが、そういうこともなく安全性が高い。立地が良く、夜間に行われるオペラ座や楽友協会、カールス教会などのコンサートに、徒歩数分で行くことができる。観光の主要駅であるカールスプラッツ駅のすぐそばである。遠方に行く際に利用する、主要駅であるウィーン中央駅にも近い。リンク内のホテルだと、お店や人が多く、細い路地も入り組みわかりにくく、観光にも不便だが、こちらはリンク外周部のすぐそばだから、観光に便利でかつ、閑静で安全性も高い。ホテルの部屋は広く、２つのスーツケースを広げておいても、じゃまにならないほど。部屋の乾燥もなく、自宅にいるように快適だった。浴室も広い。アットホームな温かいホテルで、家族や友人におすすめしたい。"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Boutique Hotel Am Stephansplatz. The staff were incredible — so friendly and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. They really went out of their way to make sure our time in Vienna was special, and we felt so well taken care of. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight — delicious, beautifully presented, and with so many choices. It quickly became something we looked forward to each morning. The location couldn’t be better. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a very Parisian feel to it. The front desk staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The rooftop bar is a must even if you don’t stay the hotel. The hotel is literally steps away from the underground train which can take you all over the city. "

"In spite it is not a very centric hotel, it has public transport to the center at 5', and the trip is not more than 15', so it is good value for money if you don't want to spend all yourbudget in the accomodation. The staff if really kind and they helped us with everything. The breakfast buffet good and complete."

"The hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly. It’s very close to the main train station if you are traveling to other cities. It’s conveniently located to the U and it’s two stops from the main tourist area. We had a beautiful view of the city. The only downside is breakfast while delicious with a wide variety of food, it is expensive. Nice rooftop bar which unfortunately we didn’t go to due to bad weather. I highly recommend. "
