OVERVIEW: Two-story single-family home just steps from the beach and boardwalk. The ground level features an open living area, powder room, dining space, and kitchen. Upstairs are the bedrooms and a full hall bath. A sleeper sofa allows the home to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Park your car for the week and enjoy walking or biking everywhere!
LOCATION: Only 1.5 blocks to the beach. Just park and walk!
PARKING: Off-street parking for one car. Walk to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, or take a short drive to the tax-free Tanger Outlets.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, central AC, and an electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: Wi-Fi for streaming services only (no cable). Linens are not supplied, but rental packages are available. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement.

Check in was a breeze. Clean and conveniently located less than 10 minute walk to beach, boardwalk, funland, restaurants, and shops. Fully and I mean fully stocked kitchen, games for kids (our 3 year old especially loved playing with the jumbo sized jenga set). Shared driveway with space for parking 1 vehicle behind outdoor shower could be a little tight but we had no problem fitting our Forester. The parking passes were greatly appreciated. The fully enclosed outdoor shower with 2 showerheads made returning from the beach with a child much easier. Just what we needed for 4 adults and 1 child. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for helping make our first trip to Rehoboth one we will never forget!

Wonderful Memories

Our stay at our Rehoboth Beach house was wonderful!! The house was clean and was so equipped with everything we could possibly need!! They even had children's toys and books that our granddaughter so enjoyed!! We would so enjoy staying here again!!

Clean, cozy and prime location!

The house was cozy and everything worked! Sometimes you stay in an older home and things are just off. This is a historic home in a great neighborhood, prime location with everything in working condition which is amazing. Little extra things that made life easier like a beach cart and clothes line. Bring your own paper products like extra toilet paper and paper towels and hand towels for bathrooms. We will stay again!

This house is so well stocked! Every time I looked for something I needed it was there. It was clean and well maintained. Location was great for us—a block and a half to the boardwalk and on a quiet street. Beds were comfortable. Separate AC units for upstairs and downstairs and ceiling fans kept the temperature comfortable. The main bedroom gets a lot of light early in the morning so pack a sleep mask if you like to sleep in. The house did have a musty smell but we got used to it after a few days.

Rehobeth vacation in the fall

Yearly we go to Rehobeth for the annual Dog Fish run. My wife, myself, daughter, son and his two young children stayed as well. The house we stayed at fit us comfortable, was very clean, had the amenities needed and was in close walking distance to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. We definitely will stay here again.

A gem close to town and beach

Very nicely appointed and well equipped. Lots of nice touches for kids and adults. The location is just right. Close to beach, boardwalk and downtown. We parked the car (on site) and never had to use it all week. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for us!

We had a fantastic time in this adorable beach home! We felt right at home!! It was comfortable for the 7 of us!! It has everything you need in a home for relaxing and cooking. Our grandkids loved the kids puzzles and toys. We loved the easy walk to town and the beach/boardwalk! The outdoor shower was great and made after beach time super easy! Communication with the owner was easy!! The parking spot and parking pass were very helpful and much appreciated!! We would not hesitate to come back!! It was the perfect beach house!!

Great Stay, Pictures Don't do it justice

Stayed here with family and in-laws. We parked on Monday and didn't touch the car until Friday. It was so convenient to get to the beach, restaurants, Funland, and everything else. Just off the beach far enough that it's still quiet. Accommodations were great. Pics make it look smaller than what it is.

Ophelia didn’t stop us from having a wonderful time In Rehoboth! This home has lots of space in the LR, DR, kitchen, & bedrooms. Very comfortable everywhere but in the tiny shower! Very clean & well stocked!!

Lots of nice personal touches in this property, but even more impressive is the well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and floor plan, plus location that's super convenient to beach and boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again.

Annual family trip

This is our 4th summer stay and we were really looking forward to having a single home to ourselves versus the prior years where we had an apartment or a house above a restaurant. It was excellent! Very very clean home, outdoor shower is very nice, easy to find, excellent location, and we even got to meet the owners who were very friendly as well! We highly recommend this house and we look forward to staying there again!
