(The service will shop and stock your groceries for you prior to your arrival, and during your stay). Please note that the condo has a front door doorbell camera. The Camera is OUTSIDE and visible on the right side of the door used for deliveries etc in the offseason There are absolutely NO Cameras inside the property. All inclusive, beautiful 3BR, 2BA bottom floor condo, sleeping 8 people. On King Size Bed, one Queen Size Bed, Trundle bed for kids, as well a Pull out Queen Couch. This condo is 1mile from the beach, this condo offers nice decor, granite counter tops 4 HD TVS, Sonos Soundbar, and amazing community amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ask for to cook with. Including, but not limited to crock pot, Blender/mixer Coffee and Tea Maker and even an Air Fryer, Pressure Cooker and Steamer. Please note that all guests are required to bring their own sheets and towels, as those are not provided. You may also choose to rent from our partners at Sheets at the beach. Ask for Vera. https://www.sheetsatthebeach.com/ The Grande at Canal Pointe Community is on the beach side of Route 1, and offers so many amenities; basketball courts, tennis courts, community swimming pools (2), fenced in playground, community gyms, and club houses. The Junction & Breakwater Trail is right around the corner. Use the provided Beach Cruiser Bikes to take a family stroll to Lewes Beach or check out Tanger Tax-Free Outlets that are less than a mile from the condo. The condo not only offers a comfortable living situation w/updated decor, the location is ideal as well, and the community amenities are just the icing on the cake. Flexible and Considerate Owner

Issues with washing machine and TV in master bedroom. Contact made with quick response. We were asked to pull the washing machine out and reset. We are an older couple and not able move. Problem was never fixed leaving us to take items out of washer full of water and wring out.

Great host and property! The house is well maintained and clean, and has everything you need. Also, conveniently located near the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and look forward to booking again with Flo when we visit Rehoboth.

Flo was a great host! Everything was pretty easy and straight forward. The condo is convenient to local shopping and the beach. If you are reading this post… just book it. You will not be disappointed.

Nicely furnished and decorated

Owner was super responsive. Replied quickly when I inquired about starting my stay a day early and also checked in on me about our stay and answered all our questions.Unit is nicely decorated and had plenty of room to sleep our group of 7. Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. Two bikes were available and my son used one to ride to the boardwalk and around town. Community has two large pools with shaded area and chairs and tables. There was also a gym with several cardio machines and a universal gym. Quiet area close to walking/biking trail and near outlets and many restaurants on Rt. 1. Only recommendation would be to have more open storage space in the pantry and closets.

Highly recommend!

Our stay at Flo's condo was phenomenal! It was the perfect place for our mother-daughter weekend. The condo was incredibly spacious, clean, and well outfitted with necessary provisions and daily use of cleaning products. Not to mention that the location was a quick drive or bike ride to all the action on Rehoboth Ave and the beach! The community has a lovely pool and tennis courts available, too. All around a fantastic stay at Flo's place!

We were in town for our son's lacrosse tournament. We found the condo to be well equipped and in a good location Unfortunately, due to our schedule we didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities but would recommend, especially for families.

Perfect for families

The condo was perfect for our family trip. Great neighborhood, the pool was very nice and the space was just right. It is close to the beach but not too close to all the busyness of downtown which makes it great for little ones. There were lots of extras provided for our enjoyment and we truly enjoyed our stay there.

Great family vacay spot

We had a great family vacation here! Super close to the outlets, all kinda of places to eat and shop, and a quick drive or 40 minute walk to the boardwalk. The condo amenities were amazing too and easy to use.

Great spot in prime location

Very clean condo with all amenities (pool, tennis, pickleball). Kitchen was very well stocked. Great location to the bike path and downtown Rehoboth. Only downside was no grill at the condo for cooking.

Great condo

The property was great for my family of 6. The condo was adequately furnished and had everything we needed to feel at home. It was a short drive to the boardwalk, beach and many restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable.

Relaxing Anniversary Weekend

Loved everything about this rental. Flo was responsive and very flexible from the beginning. Entry to condo was hassle free. The property description was on point. It was tastefully decorated and SUPER clean. Condo had everything you needed and MORE. Flo thought of every single detail. The location was especially ideal. Close to nice restaurants, shopping and of course the beaches! Pool was of course closed so looking like we will be visiting next summer☀️! Flo, thanks for sharing your home with US. Everything we needed, great location

Thank you to Flo for hosting us. The condo was nice and clean which is definitely important to me. It had everything we could possibly need for our vacation. The pool was a close walk and perfect for my grandchildren. The location was excellent. We enjoyed daily bike rides to restaurants, beaches and a nearby brewery.

Great Stay!

This is a great little place. Perfect for a family with young kids. Great location short drive or bike ride or a slightly longer walk everywhere. The community pool is large and fun. We would definitely go back.
