Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 full bath second floor condo that is convenient to everything. Located on Route 1 with easy access to the beach, restaurants, outlets, and activities. This end unit condo offers easy access to community pool.

Comfortably sleeps 8 with king main, queen, and two full beds in 3 total bedrooms. Main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, dresser, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. Large second bedroom (15 x 12) with ceiling fan, TV, large closet and dresser. Third bedroom has TV, ceiling fan, and large closet. Second and Third bedrooms share a full bathroom (tub/shower).

Kitchen provides all the comforts of home and includes a Mr. Coffee, coffee maker. Separate dining area comfortably seats 6 (and can be expanded for more) while breakfast bar seats another 2 people. The screened-in porch offers additional seating for four for dining outside.

David communicated with us in advance to welcome us and ask if we had any questions. His property manager was friendly and met us at the apartment when we were checking in. He also gave us lots of tips for good restaurants and local events going on over the weekend. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner and relax to play family games. We would love to stay again some other time. Thank you!

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palms. The pool view from the balcony was perfect for the parent hanging back while the baby napped to be able to see the older kids playing. Additionally, being able to see fireworks from both Dewey Beach and Rehoboth from the complex was incredible to avoid traffic chaos with 4 small kids.

Early summer heat wave

Loved it....hope to vacation there again!! Well stocked. Very nice landlords...communicate, provide directions, gave recommendations when asked. Very nice property for a family vacation. Great room layout. Nice size rooms. Nice pool. Loved the fountains.

Great Place to Stay!

My family stayed in two properties at the Palms. The location was perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable. The screened in porch over looking the pool was great. Access to the pool was also a huge plus. We ended up having a family day by the pool and it was awesome! The owners and the property manager were all easily accessible and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Stay at the Palms

We had a great weekend stay at the Palms. David and Nina were very communicative and made check-in super easy; they gave us all the information we needed ahead of time and we were even able to check in slightly early at our request, which was so kind. We enjoyed the balcony, the games and books, and the beautiful pool. The beds were super comfortable and the set-up was perfect for our family of 5 (the kids had a separate bathroom which was great). The kitchen and family area was spacious and it had all the necessary amenities to make it an easy stay (we did need to bring our own sheets and towels but everything else was available). Parking was easy and it was very close to everything. 5 stars! Would love to come back.

Excellent condo and location to Rehoboth beach! This unit was perfect for our family!

This unit was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was everything we needed for our vacation. Easy to get to the beach and boardwalk. Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Complex nice and well maintained. Pool was clean and nice.

Great place to stay

Condo was clean and just as described. Loved the proximity to the beach and boardwalk - traffic was rough on the weekend, but that is out of anyones control. We didn’t get to take advantage of the pool, but loved that the option was there. We greatly enjoyed being able to cook breakfast and dinner at the condo, but one suggestion would be a dish rack for drying hand washed dishes. We had a great trip to Rehoboth Beach, and would definitely stay again at the property, if available.

Great vacation despite the weather

The condo was very spacious and clean. The pool was great and the property was well maintained. We had rainy weather but still had fun because of the pool and beautiful accommodations. My only complaint was the traffic and proximity to the beach. With the traffic, it took us 15-20 mins get to the beach.

The condo was great, clean and comfortable and in a great location, but the lack of bedsheets was pretty inconvenient. I would have given the property five stars if at least the bedsheets were included.

The Palms 1206

The condo was beautiful! And the property was close to the beach and boardwalk and all of the action, in the center of everything-shopping, restaurants, and anything we needed. Pool was great, never too crowded. All of the other guests we met were wonderful too. Our hosts were very helpful, answered any questions we had and were available if they were needed. We would love to come back and stay!
