After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. "I liked the cleanliness; they clean every day. I liked the staff and how they treated people. The food was very good. I loved that parking is included, and there are many stores nearby like Fiesta, Walmart, etc. I would recommend it again and again."

"I initially was concerned about the location but it turned out to be great. It is not walkable to anywhere but it is in a great location for everything. The parking lot has a guard at night so your car is safe. If ai take another museum trip to Houston I will be staying here."
