"Staff were very helpful and friendly. One guy Fatih would go above and beyond to help, would share his food and snacks and really make you feel welcome. Would recommend for everyone except if you have mobility or health problems as the area is quite hilly. Bus is very closeby and can take you to Karakoy/Eminonu/Besiktas, metro is about 10mins walk to Osmanbey and 20mins walk to Taksim."
