"The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room felt truly 5-star, and the breakfast selection was very good. The only issue we encountered involved a local taxi. There are two hotels in Istanbul named Renaissance, located on opposite sides of the city. Be careful — make sure they take you to the correct one so you don’t end up going for an unexpected ride. 🚕"

"The staff were great! They prepared sandwiches for us before we headed to the airport at 5am. But the best part about the staff was they turned on the A/C for us when typically they don't turn on the A/C during the this time of the year (late Spring). Great airport hotel."

"Noch kein Pool vorhanden, auch kein Fitnesscenter! Das Frühstücksbuffet gab es nur dann, wenn genug Gäste im Hotel waren. Die Internet-Geschwindigkeit bei Buchung war mit über 250mbit/s angegeben, ich erreichte meistens nur 70-80mbit/s. Personal war wirklich top, bis auf eine Einzige Person. Diese war sehr damit beschäftigt zu Lügen, um jemanden zu beruhigen. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer-Upgrade wegen einer nicht funktionierenden Waschmaschine. Das war wirklich Top."

Very clean ( but bear in mind every time the maids come in you will have a service charge for this at the end of your stay ! ) Good breakfast again all subject to service charges . "Booked & prepaid 50 Euro to the hotel for shuttle that doesent show up after 14h flight and after contacting hotel 4x via chat for 24 hours prior. Had to find a taxi at Istanbul airport, the hotel wanted to reimburse me the additional costs or refund the never deleivered taxi service. Room smells uterly like rotten wastewater. Avoid this place please !!!"
