Very clean (the room was made daily with care while we had lots of our shopped items in our room and I appreciate how they kept it clean while we made it chaotic everyday ) Don’t understand why they don’t open their lounge cafe/bar longer hours. 10am-9:30pm in a hotel?? "There were 2 of us and we loved our stay. It was the first day of our Japan trip so we were severely jet lagged and yet the staff was amazing. Not only was our room ready to check in at 10 am (thank you SO much for that!!), but we also thoroughly enjoyed our stay: the location, the rooftop, the hotel, we loved it all. "C'est la deuxième fois que je retourne à cet hôtel, qui est très bien situé à Shinjuku. L'ambiance est internationale et décontractée, le personnel est sympathique et serviable. La chambre est convenable avec les équipements de base, aux standards japonais. Le seul reproche est que cette fois j'ai eu une chambre au dessus du bar, donc on entendait clairement la musique les weekends jusqu'à 23h."
