"Beautiful hotel with everything you could want and more. Friendly staff, a lovely relaxing roof top terrace. Free coffee from the machine 24/7. Lovely room, air conditioned which was needed, patio, coffee machine, lovely big bed, large tv with WiFi, fridge, nice bathroom, rainfall shower. Not too far from the local train station, I comfortably walked it. An Aldi on route too, I bought my own breakfast so can’t comment on the food. "

"Excellent and reasonably-priced hotel. Perfect for holidays in Freiburg as it's right next to the main Tram 2 stop (Eugen-Martin-Straße) giving easy access to the centre. Lots of local grocery stores, which is great for stocking up the included kitchen. Everyone was very helpful and the rooms well-stocked (bring your own nespresso pods though). Sure, the rooms are a bit small, but once you realise the beds go up into the wall(!) you'll have plenty of space. Nice lighting, good number of sockets...

"Tolle Umgebung und schnuckliges Haus! Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an den Kanten am Badboden ziemlich dreckig…einige Lampen gingen nicht und beim Gaskamin war leider auch schon das Gas zu, etwas kalt bei nur 6 grad Außentemperatur.. aber für Wanderurlsub mit Hund sonst alles super!"

"Eigentlich alles bestens. Nur leider schreiben Sie einem keine Rechnung wenn man über Expedia gebucht hat. Andere Hotels machen das. Bei Expedia eine Rechnung zu bekommen ist sehr mühsam und eigentlich keine Rechnung sondern nur ein Beleg. Steht dann so auch drauf. Für Geschäftsreisende über Expedia nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Sonst ein sehr gutes Hotel."
