"We were upgraded to a corner room with an oversized balcony looking out over the pool to the river. Spacious room, quiet, plenty of shelf and drawer space. The staff were amazing, Portuguese-friendly. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of hot and cold options including an omelet station. Location was very walkable to the Old Town, and also to the opposite side of the river and the Santa Clara monastery, plus walkways on both sides of the river."

"Overall a pleasant hotel to stay in. Spacious. Comfortable Bed. Beautiful view out of the window. Elevator available. Ample Breakfast. Keep in mind it needs to walk slight inclination up to the property, otherwise location is strategic close to Fatima shrine and stores"

"handy for the railway station and access to the town. Efficient and helpful staff, spotlessly clean and a very comfortable large bed. The shower was over the bath and we would have preferred a walk in shower, hence the rating at 4. |But we did enjoy our stay and would recommend it."

We arrived the day of the blackout and even they had no electricity they managed to have a plan to let us check in. They went above and beyond. Breakfast amazing!!! You will not go wrong staying here. Very walkable. "
