"The rooms are spacious, clean and staff seem friendly. My main issue is with customer service. Long waits or no response if you need a shuttle from your villa to guest services. Barely any signs on the property for new guests so it’s easy to get lost. Early phone call from concierge on check-out day to try and sell a future stay. Overall, it was ok."

"Nice looking property, long walk from our building to the main entrance. We were on the third floor and they don’t have elevators. It was hard to carry luggage up and down stairs. We had to do 3 flights of stairs every time we left or returned. The room was nice, 2 bedrooms and baths . Had a full kitchen. The staff was nice. No restaurant on premises, had a small convenience shop that wasn’t restocked frequently.Close to stores."
