"For some reason was put in a handicap accessable room which I didn't request. The bottom of the shower area had jagged edges. The door from the bathroom into the mainroom swung open and would hit the table next to the bed which was annonying. "

"The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel and our room smelled strongly of weed. The sink wouldn’t drain and the bathroom was in disrepair. The bedding was ripped and stained. I tried to contact Expedia and they said someone would call. It’s been a week and no one has called. Again the staff were all friendly and helpful but the building is need of a lot of repairs and a good cleaning for the smell. "

"This was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I even Googled it because I was convinced it was brand new. The beds were cozy, staff was friendly, breakfast was great (loved the outdoor seating option), and having cookies and popcorn available was a nice added touch too! Also, we asked for a pack & play, and they already had it in our room for us when we arrived. Whenever we drive through on future road trips, we will definitely return!"

"The breakfast menu was not very good; the eggs were watery, and there was no fruit option. But the worst part was the pillows — they were flat and hard, as if they had been used a thousand times and had no fluff left, like a flattened cake."

"It was across the street from the convention center. The motel was good and comfortable. Had to pay for parking there but it was worth it. No breakfast and it was $17 if you wanted, but declined. The lady at the front desk, when we checked in was rude. Tge roo. Was good comfortable beds and clean. Will probably stay there if we ever go back for a concert."

"Room was clean but really warm. Couldn’t cool it down and then couldn’t sleep because it was too hot. Pool was small and cold. Asked several times for towels and it seemed like an inconvenience for them. Long waits for the elevator. Not my favorite place to stay. "

"There were bed bugs in our room on 2nd floor as well as the rooms our team were in on the 8th floor. It took us hours to find other rooms for the team we had taken to Charleston to compete the next day. We will not book there again and will not recommend this property. "
