The pull out couch bed was super uncomfortable (and my kids have slept in several couch beds at hotels). The air conditioning in the gym didn't work well-super hot and...

"Overall it was not the worse ever, there just a few things that need to be adjusted. Such as the ice and microwave only being available in the lobby while there is over 15 floors in the hotel. Also before assigning a room check to make sure all of the items are working, such as the bed lights and the room phone. There was an issue with the water being cold it did take a minute for the temperature to warm but the staff was also helpful is making sure the issue was resolved. "

"The room it was clean as well as the bathroom. The room service it was every three day. They offer assistant if you need it. Bed was soft and comfy, clean sheets. The room had an adjacent room that was empty, it should have at least a table, it was a lack of furniture, but is OK if you just need to sleep. Breakfast it was poor, Friday, they wasn't prepare for a big crowd around 8 a.m."

"I did not eat breakfast so I cannot say. Parking looked sketchy, didn’t feel safe as I had to park in the back of the hotel. I was expecting more from a Holiday Inn. I’ve stayed in several different hotels in College Park and this was by far my least favorite. It seemed like a low budget option compared to other College Park hotels nearby."

"I will not stay there again. They give you the old bait and switch. Upon arrival the main area is very nice makes you think the rooms will be as well. They must have renovated the lobby area but not the rest of the building. Breakfast was continental but also very limited. The rooms are tiny. I ordered a king sized bed and it came with a twin size sofa bed. Typical stained upholstery and broken furniture. I broke out in hives while there. I can’t say it was from the room and bedding but I can’t...

"A/C never went below 73 degrees. Front desk associate was not formal and did not set my room key properly. I then needed to come back to the desk and wait 30 minutes to be seen again. The desk associate seemed annoyed that i had a issue and another associate had to resolve the problem."

"Clean room, but a bit of a weird smell. I did have trouble connecting to the wifi, however the front desk was very prompt with helping me sort out the issue. Breakfast was decent. Staff was extremely friendly. Seamless check in and check out process. (Cynthia was great!). I would stay here again. "
