"We loved the duplex it was so clean and well maintained. So perfectly put together and had everything you needed and pet friendly of course. I will miss the shower in the master bath for the rest of my life! The host Adam and his wife could not be more friendly and super responsive "

"We were very pleased with the property. We brought our 25’ center console and was able to maneuver it and park at the dock. Water depth at the dock is around 3-4’ depending on which way the wind is blowing. The water depth varied between 4-5” in the 3 days we were there but was still plenty for the boat. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to coming back! Thanks Brooke and Red!"

"Another wonderful week in Davis............despite a few days of unsettled weather. This was our 3rd stay at Sound Escape. The house was excellent as usual, and we really enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. Lost to see and do in and around Davis if you're willing to drive a bit. We love this place !!! "

"We stayed here while doing the numerous boat tours that leave out of Beaufort. Sand dollar island, Blackbeards Revenge and a boat ride to Carrot Island, this house was the perfect location! "

"This is a beautiful property located on the waterway. Unfortunately we were there for work and didn't get to enjoy the property very much but I would love to return with family to stay."

"My family loved our stay at the Hoi Toider! The house was so fresh and clean upon our arrival. Check in was super easy. I did cook our meals and found the kitchen to be fairly well stocked. Just make sure you bring some paper plates. ;) We spent our days boating and fishing, and the house is in great proximity to various boat ramps. Chris was so kind to share some location tips to help us on the windier days. The covered area in the backyard is well lit and great for cleaning fish even after...
