  • This prestigious villa is fully carved in the rock of the hill and all its windows and the large terrace overlook directly the valley: the landscape of the vineyards is gorgeous. The villa is furnished prestigiously.
    The surrounding area is well known for its restaurants, for its wineries, for the small ancient villages where local festivals are held very frequently.

    The villa can be the point of departure for short day trips by car, and will be the comfortable basis of return in the evening. You can choose historical and cultural excursions, visiting the art cities of Veneto, Venice, Padua, Vicenza, Bassano, Vittorio Veneto, Conegliano, Castelfranco; or pushing a little further to Trieste, and Aquileia, or choose to visit places where nature is beautiful, such as the Dolomites, la Marmolada, Cortina d'Ampezzo; you can even decide to go sunbathing on a sandy Adriatic beach, such as Jesolo, Caorle, Bibione, Lignano, Grado.

    Rooms, beds and facilities: the house is 300 sqm all on one floor and is surrounded by a large terrace of 150 sqm and a garden of 1500 sqm. There is a large dining room, a living room with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms with three bathrooms decorated with beautiful travertine marble. The decor is modern and very prestigious.
    The property offers air conditioning and heating and the following services: Satellite TV, full kitchen with oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board, large terrace with gazebo, table and chairs, Weber BBQ , garden of about 1,500 square meters equipped with cushioned sun beds, a private pool with Jacuzzi and a panoramic view, parking and a separate entrance

Unique residence with a beautiful view

We had a great stay, property is amazing. The property manger was flexible on our check in and replied to our questions immediately and very helpful.

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf!

Wij hebben erg genoten van het huis, zwembad en verblijf. En ook het uitzicht was geweldig!! Het huis overtrof onze verwachtingen en we werden warm welkom geheten door Beatrice; helemaal top! Ook leuk was dat we op 5/10 minuten lopen van het dorp zaten waar we regelmatig een cappuccino hebben gedronken in de ochtend en brood bij de vriendelijke bakker hebben gehaald. Gebied vonden wij ook echt prachtig en prosecco-proeverij aanrader. Al met al supertevreden en een hele fijne vakantie!

Traumhafte Lage

Alles prima, sehr schönes Anwesen in wunderbarer Umgebung. Beschreibung in FeWo ist komplett zutreffend. Vom Anwesen aus kann man zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto die vielen umliegenden Winzer ansteuern. Leider kann die Klimaanlage nicht manuell bedient werden, obwohl fast alle Zimmer eine Raumregelung haben.

Lovely home in beautiful Prosecco Hills setting

We loved our week at this beautiful property. It is very well represented by the pictures. We spent the week biking, hiking and visiting both Treviso and Venice as separate day trips. Great local restaurants in surrounding towns/villages that are often 12-20 minutes drive. One of them, Da Andreetta had one of the most breathtaking views from their terrace that my husband and I had ever seen. We plan to return to the house next year with friends.

Great place in the Prosecco hills

Very spacious House with great view in the prosecco hills. Close to a main road, which you almost doesn‘t hear. As it is outside of Refrontolo and needs a Mobile Internet Connection, the WLAN was not always stable and a little bit of a hassle. Hopefully this is fixed now. The interior is nice, but more design oriented than functional oriented - especially the black kitchen and the black master bathroom. The beds are very comfortable and we slept very well. For Shopping we recommend the familia supermarket in Pieve Di Soligo, for dinner we can recommend the Restaurant Andreeta in Rolle. Prosecco tasting at Nani Rizzi was great including a visit of the cellar.

Villa Refrontolo

Die Villa liegt in einer atemberaubenden Landschaft im Prosecco Gebiet. Die Villa selber ist wunderschön und wir haben sie sehr sauber empfangen. Wir waren 3 Päärchen und haben Wert darauf gelegt, drei Badezimmer zu haben. Es gab zwei grosszügig eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit direktem Anschluss an das Badezimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer war eher klein und das Badezimmer war nicht angrenzend. Unsere Meinung nach, sollte dies in der Ausschreibung sichtbar sein. Abgesehen davon war die Villa einmalig und wir haben uns äusserst wohl gefühlt. Beatrice ist eine äusserst zuvorkommende sympathische Gastgeberin, unsere Fragen und Wünsche wurden umgehend beantwortet. Badetücher, Bettwäsche, Küchentücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, allerdings lohnt es sich, für Leute die gerne selber kochen, ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel und Gewürze mitzunehmen um den Start der Ferien zu überbrücken. Die Villa würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an Beatrice für die tolle Gastfreundschaft Ornella

Stunning house

This house is amazing and exceeds all expectations. It is just an hour from Venice and 2.5 hours from Cortina. The local is full of vineyards and there is a friendly village a short walk away. We loved every minute of our stay

Beautiful house and location

We stayed in "Prosecco Relais" a big and beautiful house for 6 people. The house is very luxury and is very well equipped. We were welcomed by Laura, who guided us through the house and was very helpfull. Evething you need is present (well equiped kitchen, 3 beautiful bathrooms, a seperated laundry room, ...). In the fridge there was also a bottle of their own prosecco as a welcome gift. The prosecco was great!. The water in the swimming pool was a little too cold (maybe because we were here in september). The location is also very good. We went to Venice with the train as Laura advised us. There is a railway station in Conegliano (12 km from the house and a free underground parking). It is by far the easiest way to visit Venice. The prosecco region itself is also very beautiful and great for walking or biking. There are also some great restaurants in the neighbourhood (in Rolle, Andreetta is very good). We really had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay in Prosecco Relais very much. Also many thanks to Laura for her good advice.

Great house and terrific view

We were warmly received by Laura who explained everything very well and was helped out where needed. We really loved the house and enjoyed our stay very much. It was very comfortable, all amenities were available. The house was spic and span. The view is great and the pool was very enjoyable. The location of the house is great for day excursion to wineries but also Venice, Padova, Treviso and other interesting places are easily reachable from the house. Very much recommended!

Eine echt luxuriöse und super gelegene Ferienwohnung

Hier stimmt alles, von der Kommunikation mit den Vermietern bis zur Ausstattung der gesamten Wohnung einfach alles top! Eine Unterkunft so richtig zum entspannen mit einer supergroßen Terrasse incl. phantastischer Aussicht über die Prosecco-Weinberge.

Wow - Beautiful property & Amazing View

We loved our stay - the villa was of an exceptional standard - very clean with everything you needed. We were met by Laura who was very pleasant & helpful. The view was amazing - very peaceful and quiet. Would be a good base for Venice - but we headed to the Dolomites & Cortina for a wonderful day (less than 2 hours away). Also visited lots of local towns. Loved the pool which was much bigger than I imagined. A very relaxing stay.

5 Stars! Just wonderful!

Just perfect! We are all enthusiastic about the hospitality of Laura. The house is absolutely clean, everything is disinfected, everything is freshly cleaned, the reception was so uncomplicated and friendly. Everything was explained to us so that we felt very comfortable from the first minute. Laura even speaks English and understands a little German. Wonderful understanding and helpfulness. Laura also let us visit the other holiday home (Torre delle Fate). Also a dream. Especially for large groups. Laura took a lot of time for us. The house: Exactly as described on the photos. Exceptionally well kept, twice a week the gardener comes and tends the wonderful garden. The private pool is also cleaned at least twice a week. It has enough clean bed linen and towels. The kitchen is very well equipped and the grill of the best brand, which was meticulously cleaned. The furniture is tasteful and not overloaded. Everything works perfectly. The surroundings: A real dream! The view is breathtaking. You can sit on the terrace or in the pool and forget the daily routine. There are many great restaurants in the area and within an hour you are in Venice, on the beach and within a few minutes in all the big shopping centres. The area offers not only wonderful Prosecco but also great wines and the hospitality of the people here is wonderful. All in all: We have seen a lot - but everything here was just right. Many thanks to Laura and all the staff who made this time so wonderful for us. We will come back very soon.
