"Hotel overall was very nice. The lake view was beautiful with lots of area to sit down and enjoy it. Restaurant was very pricy. Food was ok. Room was clean for the most part except for hair in the shower drain and black marks on the shower floor. "

"This was my 2nd stay at this property & I was hoping that by contacting the Front Desk ahead of time to inquire about the issues we had on our last visit, maybe we could avoid them this time BUT that was not the case. Even though they assured me via email that blankets would be provided, and the room we had would be poolside... No blankets, only 1 mini pillow for each guest (no extra pillows were available). The mini fridge didn't work & even after reporting it, they never came to address it....

"Front desk attendant was very friendly. Room was clean. Didn’t enjoy the tv in room it needs to be updated, screen is dark. Also I didn’t like that the ice machine was on the first floor so we had to go all the way down just to get ice they need some on each floor. Didn’t like that housekeeping doesn’t come at least around the same time daily. First day they came in the morning the next day I waited just to ask them to provide clean towels and cups and take the trash and dirty towels but nobody...

"If you want to be in an extended stay or suite that has no supplies to clean the dishes with then this is the spot. If you ask for dishwashing liquid or a sponge, they charge for those. Never been to a place that doesnt provide dish soap or a sponge and never going back."

"Waffles were good. Room had crumbs on floor from previous guests, smelled funny and the night front desk staff had the tv in the volume on the tv turned up that you could hear it in the room. I was on the 2nd floor above the front desk."
