"There was no local tv nor espn nor SEC network. You have to stream everything and logging on to do that was difficult. The surrounding streets were somewhat sketchy - we were hesitant to walk around at night. Not having any front desk wasn’t a problem for us, but it was for others. "

"The location is in the cutest part of Nashville close to Belmont. Plenty of restaurants/coffee shops in walking distance. Lots of people out and about.
The one hiccup we had was with a cleaning guy who literally blocked us out of the elevator and tried to shut the door on us. I’m like, we can ride with you dude. It’s okay.
But we lived our stay and would totally stay again. "

"If you go in knowing and with expectations that this is a lot like a hotel but also a little different from a hotel, I think you will find an excellent experience. The front staff is friendly but not there all night but can be reached by mobile if needed. Coffee is in room but a Keurig is only available during office hours. Super clean and modern rooms with lots of charging points and tech. "
