This is our Reedville cottage "Bayrise" with private beach on Chesapeake Bay, open concept small contemporary, dog friendly house, maximum 1 dog, 70' from the water, sleeps 4, bed and bath linens Not included. Loft with queen bed and sitting area overlooking the water. The beach can be under water do to storm systems and tides occasionally. The water is always accessible. 1st floor full bath, bedroom with twin bunks, open concept living room and kitchen with WIFI, large flat screen TV for amazon firestick only. 2 kayaks (one a double), 1 canoe, 2 beach chairs and outdoor shower. Views from Every window!

Dramatic property with unique private beach. If you want an untraditional beach vacation this is the spot. Close enough to activities yet truly a world of its own!

Please, no one book this place until I lock in my next trip. This place is truly a gem and we will be coming back as often as possible. There are certainly a few very minor house maintenance things that could be improved (mainly beefing up stairs to the beach), but overall it’s a tremendous value. Kudos to the owners for creating such a lovely space.

Absolutely beautiful bayfront home! It is a gem to find a home on the bay that welcomes furry friends! My chocolate Lab River loved every moment! Own private mini beach was a huge hit! We enjoyed the beach and swimming every day. We had one perfect evening for kayaking but were too tired from the days activities to get out on the water. The sunrises in the morning were very very beautiful and a very quaint roomy porch for morning coffee! I love this rental and will most definitely be back again!

Excellent, loved this getaway!

Perfect spot for a quiet Easter weekend with books and the sound of water while sitting in the Adirondack chairs each day. You won’t regret this stay, will definitely come back!

The photos don't do it justice! Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Communication was great, the house was lovely, but wow the location, the beach, the sunrise... this is an absolute hidden gem. Highly recommended!

We had a great time, the low tide wasn’t too low to enjoy the private beach but there are a lot of variables that affect that which we are aware of and it was still beautiful and fun, we would definitely return. Thank you Nathan for your beautiful home

Another fabulous stay on the Bay!

5th time staying at Nathan's wonderful property. We love the private beach, the views from every window, and the seclusion. Always the perfect get-away from our busy city life.

Peaceful

The house was cute, clean & quiet! The beach area was perfect! We had a wonderful, peaceful time! Extra bonus points in my book for allowing pets :) my dog also enjoyed himself very much.

The place was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and perfectly located. The host is very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We would definitely love to come back!

Fun Reedville Getaway

The house is adorable and has everything needed to feel at home. The view could not be better, and the perk of having a private beach makes this rental a MUST for those who enjoy being on the water of the Chesapeake Bay. The host quickly responds to questions and gives great tips on places to visit and eat in the area. I cannot wait to go back there!

Perfect getaway

This cute cottage was just right for my husband and me and our small dog. There was a little beach for us to enjoy a few days. The weather turned rainy for us but the view of the storms over the water was very majestic. We had a great time!

Charming getaway

We greatly enjoyed our visit to the charming cottage. The location was quiet, the house clean, and the location on the water was perfect. And bring your puppy. We can’t recommend it enough!

A GREAT STAY!

This property was so clean, the views out the windows were spectacular, and the water is right there! I greatly enjoyed the kayak and my dog just loved the privacy he had to play in the water. The host was extremely quick to respond and was one of the nicest hosts we've ever had. Highly recommend this spot and we can't wait to return!

Great time

Nathan is a great host. Location is great. 2 kids family plus 1 dog had a great time again. It is our 2nd year. We will back.
