"This property was the perfect distance from PSU as we were there to move our daughter in for her sophomore year. We don’t like staying right in State College and this was the perfect distance to avoid the hustle and bustle of college move in. The owners were very helpful with dining options and things to do in the area. We will definitely stay here again. I even discovered a Hobby Lobby just a quick 10min drive away! 😊"

"We had a wonderful stay. We were in the area for our daughter’s graduation from Penn State. We stayed in the RV which had all the comforts of home-cozy chairs, a roomy dining area, and comfortable beds. We had a problem with the lock when we first arrived and the owner immediately replied to our query and fixed the issue. "Remember going to camp as a kid? This location is exactly that- right by the lake, with a place to have a fire and relax. We were only able to stay 1 night but for big groups who are cool with a camp-like stay, it’s a great deal. FYI depending on your carrier the cellphone reception is minimal, which personally I think makes it even more like a no-cellphone camp atmosphere that I appreciate, but our teens of course struggled with that! Sweet back deck with a swing we enjoyed. "

"I was highly impressed by the cleanliness and accommodations here. I loved how the hostess decorated and felt inspired to bring some of the ideas home! From the fireplace in the bedroom to the soaking bath tub I felt pampered. Renee even left a surprise birthday gift for my boyfriend. "We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed at Serendipity, a unique area in the back of the camp so we had a lot of privacy. I was skeptical of the "tabins" because not the best pictures online but was pleasantly content when we got here. They were spacious enough to accommodate and the beds were fine. It's not the cleanest, but as long as you bring a sheet and/or sleeping bag to place on top of the mattress it was quite comfortable. "This was such a great location and a perfect place for us to stay on a football weekend! The listing does not do the actual space justice... way bigger than anticipated and a perfect space for my family and I. Extremely clean, king bed was very comfortable, futon was great for my kids... just a really great stay. Host was excellent with her communication. Would highly recommend this listing. "
