We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. "We stayed here while driving my mother from Illinois to Albuquerque. The staff was super helpful! We requested an accessible room, and it was great--super large and comfortable!"

"Pleasant check in. However, things went downhill from there. Because we used Expedia (saved $20 per night), the owner said “You did not pay enough to receive $15 an hour room service”.
