"House layout is fantastic for several families. Bedrooms are large with closets stocked with extra blankets, pillows and a small fan. The kitchen is small, but stocked with everything we needed. The stocked coffee area and basket of snacks were used daily. Both kids and adults enjoyed the large pool. We will stay here again the next time we visit the area."

"Property was very good. I only have two very minor comments. Apparently the water heater was set conservatively since the shower water temperature was a bit cooler than I would have liked. The property requested the dish washer be run upon checkout, but I couldn't find any dishwasher detergent pods. (I ran it anyway and left a note about no pods.) Overall, very good and I would certainly stay there again."

"We had a fantastic stay! The home was the perfect size for our family of three — clean, comfortable, and in a great location that made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. We'd absolutely stay here again!"

"The home was lovely. Just what I was looking for. Check in was easy once I found the right email. Owner was pleasantly friendly. Awesome kitchen it felt like home."

"Check in was easy, host was very nice and welcoming and allowed us to stay an extra night. The only issue is the game room was filled with bugs and spiderwebs but we cleaned it out and it was alright. Overall amazing stay!"

"We loved our stay here! The location was perfect—just a short drive to Holiday World, which made things super convenient for our family. The home had plenty of space for all six of us and was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend this place for families visiting the area!"

"We had a great stay at Randy’s house. It was just as listed, clean and in a good location. Randy met us at the house and gave us a small tour and run down of how things worked- wonderful host. Our stay was short but if we had more time the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the hot tub looked like it would have been nice to use. "

"The property was just what we were looking for. Quiet, out in the country, with walking trails and a pond to fish or swim in. We brought a trailer for our ATV (we were riding at the nearby Interlake SRA just a short distance away) and there was plenty of room for our trailer while we were there.Doug was a great host, gave us some ideas on places to eat and the nearby town of Boonville, has a neat downtown block with restaurants and shops."

"Great overall. Clean, convenient, excellent place to stay. A few tiny issues with a few ants in one bathroom, the door code apparatus, and the other bathroom's sink seems to leak a little around the hot water handle. Otherwise, the washer-dryer combo was convenient and effective, the showers were fine, and the beds were comfortable. Refrigerator and freezer were great. Close to many downtown locations."

"Our stay was great! The host was very prompt to respond. He made two deliveries with items we thought were there. Beds were comfortable! We had a rehearsal dinner in the barn area with approximately 50 people. Plenty of seating and parking. It was a perfect location for a nearby wedding."
