"Best Hotel complimentary breakfast I have had. Only negative was the lack of parking. We arrived back late and there was no parking. We parked in the dirt lot in front of the property, but it had lots of holes and rocks and we didn’t know if our cars would be towed or not. Paving that lot would be a huge plus."

"The room was clean and friendly, we were only there for 15 hours. All was fine… except the breakfast buffet is challenging.. we went twice, left the first time as it was too crowded, came back it was still crowded… kids running all around… people butting in line… chaos… but that is NOT the fault of the hotel, it’s the fault of parents not parenting and people being rude. To be fair, it was a holiday weekend …. The staff was great"

"Mansion was cool, had some problem with heat controls and no one in the house. Finally got it taken care of, personal we talked didn’t know anything about working the heater."

"The room was comfortable and pretty clean. However, it had a sort of stale smell even after being cleaned each day during our stay. The shower curtain also did not close very well and the floor kept getting wet in the bathroom."

"The only thing was the pool was closed because a light had fallen out of the pool. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable."

"We had to come to Provo on business, and outside of sleeping’ never needed to be in the hotel longer than 2 hours. We weren’t looking major frills, just a place to stay for night between exhibitions. It was clean, and everything functioned perfectly It was perfect for what we needed."

And they won’t tell you that until right before check in. So they can get your cancellation fee when you have to find different accommodations last minute. Do not recommend."
