"Room was very clean. A big undertaking considering the building works outside. (There was a chute right outside my window. Brick and muck on the window sill outside). A very big well done to the Cleaner!! Your Reception Team were charming, friendly and very helpful. Always smiling. Excellent!! Breakfast, which was included, was very good, except the sausages - very poor quality. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Comfortable mattress. I have a scoliosis and an old and / or low quality mattress causes me back ache. Kings Arms mattress does not leave me with back ace, unlike many other hotel mattresses!"

"This is an excellent hotel/inn. Very convenient for the local wedding venues, especially convenient for Coltsfoot Retreat. The rooms are very comfortable and cosy, they are tastefully decorated and finished to a high standard. The breakfast is excellent, very generous, well prepared and presented, exactly what is needed the morning after the night before. "

"Clean, quiet, comfortable room with a very comfy bed, plenty of facilities e.g. tea/ coffee, toiletries, bottled water etc. Staff are excellent especially Adam and Lorna. Food - breakfast and evening meal were also excellent, we cannot fault the Eaton Oak and will be returning soon. A big well done and thank you to all of the staff!"

"Lovely room, clean and a homey feel to it. The bed is a superking size and super comfy!! Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We only had a light breakfast, which included lots of choices (cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit etc). We would definitely recommend Orchard house!"
